Equestrian facilities
Hold your next equestrian event, clinic or training day at Cudal Showground. “Amazing facilities for a rural showground” was a comment recently made by an instructor who came to give a clinic at the grounds.
Facilities available:
– Campdraft sand arena
– Dressage sand arena
– 23 Undercover yards
– 70 yards
– Cross country course
– Cattle yards and loading race
– Large open grass areas
– Enclosed grass area for beginners

Insurance
Please note: All equestrian event hirers must have their own public liability insurance. A copy of their insurance must be emailed to the bookings officer prior to the event as this has to be submitted to the Agricultural Show Council for their records.
Emergency or Overnight Stopover
In emergency situations or in the case of overnight stop overs, horses can be left at the showground at no fee. The bottom showground gate is always open. Water is available via the taps located at the far stable block or on the south side of the campdraft yard. Any horse or persons entering the grounds do so at their own risk. All rubbish must be removed on departure.
NO CAMPING IS ALLOWED AT THE SHOWGROUND
Cudal’s Platypus Accomodation and Cafe https://www.theplatypuscudal.com.au/ and Cudal Caravan Park are located in the main street of town as no camping is allowed at the showground.

Toilets and showers will not be available at the showground.
Toilets are available at the park in town on the corner of Escort Way and the Canowindra Road.
