The Cudal Showground has a range of facilities available for hire. The showground is run by a group of community volunteers that will assist you in the hiring process. There are event/facility hire fees and insurance fees. Insurance will be arranged for your booking by the Cudal Showground Combined Committee.
Before hiring the showground you must consider the following:
- It is the hirer’s responsibility to clean the toilets, kitchen, and pavilion to their desired standard before and after the event. Representatives from the Cudal Showground Combined Committee leave the premises clean after their use; however, there may be times when the facilities have been unused for a period and will require cleaning by the hirer.
- All rubbish is to be removed from the showground. All bins emptied and hosed out. It is the responsibility of the hirer to take the rubbish to the local waste management facility (click here for further information) Failure to remove all rubbish or clean toilets/facilities to a high standard will result in a $300 cleaning charge.
- The hirer is responsible for any breakages and must cover the cost of repairs or replacements. Any equipment in the pavillions or grounds is not to be touched by any person hiring or attending the event.
- Other people may stay on the showground at the time of your event.
